Return/Cancellation policy

In order to return Products to Thasay IT, you must first obtain a RMA number from Thasay IT. After 1st year. Customers will be referred directly to certain manufacturers to process RMA's directly. Customers will be notified at the time of requesting RMA service, which manufacturers offer direct service. A complete listing of manufacturers customer can be requested here:

 For credit returns: 10 days from date of invoice; during first 5 days no restocking fee will be charged in most cases, provided item(s) are returned as new, unopened, complete and in re-sellable condition; After 5 days restocking fee will apply.

All Cancellations must be made within 3 days of order.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

If we do not have the product available we may offer a equivalent substitute, and we will confirm this is okay with you before the replacement is shipped.

Cost of shipping and processing are determined on a case by case basis.

Repair turnaround times may vary 2-6 weeks.

The shipper, in this case Thasay IT, is the only one that can file the claim on a damaged shipment with the freight carrier.
